In 2002, she wrote the term “APPLIED IMPROVISATION” on her research paper, because she believes in the power of the improvisation tool she has been practicing and teaching since 1988. A leader in applied improvisation, she now launches the French group that brings together practitioners who apply improvisation.
Commercial and manager (luxury industry, communication and professional training), she practices a high-level communication sport: “the improvisation match” which develops behavioural and relational agility, audacity, co-construction in customer relations, ease in uncertainty and change… In a word: adaptation, which has become essential today. She models her approach initially through commercial and managerial training, then individual and group coaching and conferences. Since 2002, she has been developing the technique and behaviour, the motivation, of the individual and the team.
After several years of experience with leading training organizations, and an operation that applies improvisation to management with 1500 managers, Sylvaine Messica concretizes her intuition and creates EN HAUT DE L’AFFICHE© in 2007 as a symbol of recognition, performance and well-being.
Her polyvalence of expertise, her active method and her creativity allow clients to benefit from training, facilitation and seminars sewn by hand, integrating human and contextual specificities. She is the creator of serious games such as Le Match de négociation®. She accompanies innovation and the transformation of organisations through a fun and tailor-made facilitation.
She accompanies several managers, including some of the CAC 40, on leadership, business and performance. Its mission is to put human benevolent and creative strength, at the centre of the company, by developing innovation and performance.
